Here's what to expect once you place an order with LA LILLY.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before they ship. During drops or restocks, processing can take a little longer — we'll flag it on the product page if so.
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 1–2 weeks. International delivery times vary by destination and can take longer — an estimate is shown at checkout.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $90 ship free.
We ship within the United States, and select items are also available for international shipping. International availability, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
You'll get a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using the order reference from your confirmation.
If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows it as lost, reach out to us and we'll look into it with the carrier and make it right.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has started processing, we may not be able to change the address.
